Every have one of those aha moments when you see a sketch and know exactly what you want to do with it?  Well today was one of those days.  I had the fun pleasure of Skyping with a fellow demonstrator friend Deb Valder this morning as we did our Leadership Make and Takes...yes it is true I had not done them yet.

After we finished I just wasn't ready to get up from my stampin' spot, so I check out Techno Mondays Challenge, now I know it is Thursday but the week has just gotten a way from me, immediately I knew what I wanted to create with the sketch challenge and here it is...

Stamp Set: Mixed Bunch and the sentiment is stamped with the hostess exclusive set Happiest Birthday Wishes.

Colors: Rich Razzleberry, Baja Breeze, Lucky Limeade, Daffodil Delight

The flowers is made using the Blossom Builders Designer Printed Kit topped off with the Brights Designer Blossoms which are free right now with a $50 order and the bow tied with Lucky Limeade Bakers Twine.  If you have been looking in the paper craft magazines you will see all kinds of fun things done with bakers twine.

Background is stamped and then a layer of Twitterpated Designer Series Paper

Be sure and check out the blog hop to see some other fun samples made using the same sketch

Hope you find some time to stamp today!

Stampingly,
Patsy

Sometimes we get so caught up with our new stamping products, that we forget about some of our past favorites.  Upsy Daisy is one of my fav stamp sets. Have you ever thought, what if I could only keep one stamp set, which would it be?  That is really impossible to imagine, but this is one set I would for sure keep on my self, along with a hundred others. You can't pick a favorite, you love them all, but for different reasons.  Some (stamps sets of course) are great for stamping a card for your best friend, some are just easier to create with and some sit on our shelves not sure what to do with them, but love the designs.  What is your favorite Stampin' Up! stamp set and why?

Here is the card I created with Upsy Daisy this week for the
Techno Lunchtime Challenge TSSC207

Cookie press

Take your love of stamping into the kitchen! Create fun and tasty stamped cookies for any occasion. Fit a silicone stamp over the bottom of wooden handle and press into dough—it's that easy!  I wanted to make some Valentine Cookies for my class attendee's today and they were so quick and easy to make.  They just loved them too, every now and then you would hear someone say "these are so good" and pretty soon you would here some one else say "these cookies are great" and they just kept echoing it all afternoon and evening.

One of my favorite things is coming up with special cards to hand stamp and send out to the Top Ten Demonstrators in my downline.  I like to make them a bit more over the top kind of card.  Sometimes we underestimate the power in a hand stamped card.  Many of my downline comment on how much they enjoy receiving a hand stamped card and often times some of very surprised that they have achieved being a Top Ten Diva.  Here is the card I sent out to the November Top Ten Definitely Diva Stampers.
